MATTRESS BUILD-UP

Top Layer & Hard Edge
All boulder matts can be featured with hard edges on all outstanding sides. Boat the hard edge and the top layer is made of foam of extra high density (N2790). This gives the matts the perfect firmness, allowing you to move around freely without sinking.
Carpet Cover (optional)
The carpet cover is an optional extra, providing a relaxing and cozy atmosphere and also helps to collect chalk from the air. It is easy to clean with a vacuum cleaner, and the carpet cover has an effective noise-absorbing ability.
Vinyl Cover
Our mats are finished with a heavy-duty PVC vinyl cover – a 900 g/m² polyester fabric coated with PVC. The material is waterproof, UV-resistant, and designed to withstand intensive use in both indoor and outdoor environments. A reliable choice for climbing facilities where safety, easy maintenance, and durability matter.
Base Foam
The mattresses are built around a core of medium-hard foam (N2542), which provides a perfectly elastic and shock-absorbing base.
